At the time of contacting our company to inquire on our services, a Relationship Manager will be assigned to your company.   This individual will be responsible for the management and overall implementation by our team, establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and will be your primary point of contact.  Your Relationship Manager will oversee a team of employees that fulfills our service commitments to your organization.  Additionally, on a regular basis, this individual will visit your organization to ensure our service promises are being met while checking in with your team to solicit feedback.
